Questions on New Regents

Hello all,
I have questions about the new Regents. I hope you can help!
(1) My school is in the process of putting together its course content outline for Geometry. Does anyone out there have a course content outline that he/she would be willing to share so that we could see if we're on the right track? If anyone can help, please feel free to contact me off list.
(2) My department received some grant money that we need to spend by the end of the school year. The money is for "innovative and creative ideas to enhance the math program." We were hoping to get some things to help with the new Regents exams, but we're at a loss as to what's out there. Does anyone have suggestions they could make?
(3) Does anyone know what vendor was selected to make the new Regents exams?
