A teacher asked me this question and I am not sure of the answer:

"I think I was told, or I read somewhere, that when you are grading the
math regents exams, if a student has erased a correct answer, you can
still give them credit. "

Is this correct- does anyone know the complete rule on this?

Thank you- Eileen Lane
