convert .m code to dll fails

Hello,

my problem is this:
I have some .m files and I wish to run them from a c/c++
code. To do this, I used the mcc -l fil1.m fil2.m ect.

When I'm trying to compile the C code, it says it cant
find mclmcr.h file (of course I included the .h that mcc
created in the c code).

here is the question:
1. does anyone know some easier way to run a .m file(s)
from c/c++ code?

2. I applied
http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-
UR7P0.html?1-UR7P0
and still the same error - no mclmcr.h file found.

3. other than having all the files that were created by
the mcc, what does the computer that runs the c code (and
hopefully the dll) need - only the 'MCRInstaller.exe', or
something more?

Thank you very much
