As in Part 12 I indicatted that in this Part 13 I shall explain WHY
I have used the word "POENICIA" in the place of "PHOENICIA",
I have to inform the researchers that as I realized that
I have to reposition the presentation of the Research Data
such explanation shall be done in other article.

As all serious mathematicians know it was during 1775 when
ACADEMIE FRANCAISE
passed a Resolution not to investigate any solution
having to do with THE QUADRATURE OF THE CIRCLE.
As I am near the 59 - 60 years of age, having in back of me
more than 32 years of research at the conduct of the Geometrical Proportion
to the ancient civilizations, and as the Research Data accumulated,
I realized that I have enough evidence to conclude that
"the Quadrature of the Circle" as it came to the civilization
through the Greek input, had nothing to do with the Geometry,
but had to do with:
THE EGYPTIAN NAGADA CULTURE'S FIRST DENOMINATOR
as also with
THE SUMERIAN NATURAL GEOMETRIC PI VALUE
In this article I shall present how
"THE QUADRATURE OF THE CIRCLE"
as known in mathematical word, was in fact not a Mathematical Exercise,
but a Time Message through which the ancient Greeks
were taken for a ride in time by an Unknown Ancient Philosopher,
and thus this time ACADEMIE FRANCAISE was Right to STOP
investigate anymore solutions to the Circle's Quadrature.
....and herenow you shall see WHY the ACADEMIE FRANCAISE
was Right: Academie Francaise was right
not because it is imposible to mathematically square the circle,
but because "Squaring the Circle" had nothing to do with the mathematics,
but with..THE HISTORY OF THE CIVILIZATION in which
UN UNKNOWN ANCIENT THINKER
pased out to the ancient Greeks...his Time-Message.
I do not know the historical circumstances in which
this Unknown Ancient Thinker implanted in the Greek civilization
this Philosophical Exercise that remained in the History of Mathematics
known as "THE QUADRATURE OF THE CIRCLE", but
I have reached his Spiritual Time Message, Decode it, and herenow
you shall see it it in full blossom.

CIRCLE = C/3, I/9, R/18, L/12, E/9
3+9+18+3+12+5 = 50
398325
= + = 30
= x = 6480
= : = 720
Numerical Frequency = 270 + (6480 : 720) x 30
Step 2
Note here "the Circle's Quadrature's" Time Message hidden in
the separation of Circle's "270" (Numerical Frequency) in 4 parts.
Thus 270 = 360 degrees, and its 4th part = 90 degrees. This is
THE PHILOSOPHICAL TIME MESSAGE
OF THE CIRCLE'S QUADRATURE
(270 : 4) - 6.5 + 83 = 144
- "83" = 12 + 35 + 35 + 1 and it was explained in Part 12
where also "6.5" seen here it was explained.

seen through THE FRENCH METRIC SYSTEM
as a cube of 144,000 grams, thus
144,000 grams : 1000 = 144 Kilograms

Circle of Radius =1 by
THE SUMERIAN NATURAL GEOMETRIC PI VALUE 3.14626437
has its Circle Cicumference = 6.29252824
6.29252824 x 4 = 25.17011496
25.17011496 = 2517011496
2517011496
= + = 36
= X = 15120
= : = 3780
Numerical Frequency = 144 = (15120 : 3780) x 36
Step 4
Verification of "the Circle's Quadrature" Time Message:
a - 144 - 83 + 6.5 = 270 : 4 + 90 = 157.5
b - (157.5 x 4) - 360 = 270
c - 369 + 270 = 630
and how "630" came on my research table you can see it

As the Sumerian Natural Geometric PI Value is 3.14626437
now we see the Time-Message:
