I am trying to highlight/select a row in a uitable during runtime (I am using version R2008b). I was able to get the underlying JTable object using Yair's findjobj function. Howerver, when I try to use JTable's setRowSelectionInterval() method, the row is not selected. Inspecting the properties of the uitable shows that no rows are selected. I also tried using the ListSelectionModel class to get the selection model of the table to select the row but no luck. I would be happy with just highlighting the row since I just want to point out an important pieces of data to the user. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
