calculus project

I am currently teaching high school calculus in Louisiana, and over the past few years, I've heard calculus teachers talk about doing a calculus project dealing with volumes uner and between curves that involved using food and calculating the volume of the object. I would like to do this project with my class, but I can't seem to find any resources on the internet about how to structure the activity. Have any of you ever done this project or a similar one? Please let me know if you have, how it was structured, or where you found your information. Thank you!
