Dear Ann (Muir Thomas),
I read receently your article "Problem Solving and Diabetes Regimen
Adherence by Children and Adolescents with IDDM in Social Pressure
Situations: A Reflection of Normal Development." I was really
impressed and it is quite helpful for me. In these days I accomplish
my research on adolescents with C. F. and Diabetes, who are part of my
patients in the Carmel C. F. Center, where I work and where we have
about 150 patients (including Rambam Center, which cooperates with us)
and more than 400 patients all together in the Israel C.F.
Organization, where I work as well. I need questionnaires, which deal
with adolescents' self report on adherence in medical treatment,
especially your Diabetes Compliance Questionnaire (DCQ)and or
questionnaires deal with social functioning.
I will appreciate sending in return suitable questionnaires as soon
as possible either by mail or by email. We are ready for further
cooperation for research purposes with you and your institute.
