I would like to use Mma to solve the following DE

dy/dt=f(t,y)=y-t^2+1, 0 <= t <= 2, y(0)=0.5

How do I use Runge-Kutta order 4 with h=0.2 as t(sub k) runs from
0.0 to 2.0 in steps of 0.2, I would like the output table to show
t(k) y(k) using Runge-Kutta and t(t sub k) the actual solution. and
keep my error abs|y(sub k) - y(t sub k)| no larger than 0.00011.
