How does Fathom generate random numbers? If I send a file that has cases some of whose attributes are randomly generated during some sampling process, will all my students get the same "random" results?

I suppose that the question is if Fathom uses only some information in the file (thus same random numbers for all students) to generate the random number, or if it uses some information in the computer (thus different random numbers for students). Of course I could experiment and save you the question, but I am interested in the larger question of how are random numbers generated in Fathom.
