Hi,
it is well known, that sperical harmonucs create representation of O(3).
Now consider rotation matrices, e.g. parametrized by Eulerian angles:
R(a,b,c). This are themself a representation of O(3). Therefore it
should be possible to write R by the 3 D matrices with J=1 and m=-1,0,1.
Where can I find some info about this?
cheers, Daniel
