Hi

Is there a way to write some text to the command line programmatically for the user to have the opportunity to modify the command before hitting enter to execute it? I need to execute a sequence of commands that need to be examined and some times slightly modified by the user as the sequence progresses. Most of the involved parameters cannot be guessed beforehand and depend on previous results. I would rather not resort to the debugging facility in the editor in order to have the commands and results in sequence in one place: the command window. I've couldn't find a way to write to the command line (not to the command window).

Thanks in advanced
