Looking for some unbiased opinions on the Mathworks Communication
Toolbox versus DigComT (Digital Communications Toolbox,
http://nativei.com/dct/digcomt.html).

Does anyone have both and have tested them? I have the Mathworks
variety, which has many features and includes Simulink blocks. I would
have liked to see more synchronization-type (pll, dll, bitsych) functions,
myself.

I would experiment with DigComT too, but it is a bit pricey, even
with the educational discount.

Comments would be appreciated!
