Subject: Int. algebra curriculum

For those teaching a two year Algebra course, what topics from the Common Core are you teaching this year?

Does anybody have a concise document that reflects the differences between the Int. Algebra curriculum and the Common Core Algebra course? Likewise for Geometry?
Thanks,
