Milo, I detect an error here.

(Q + R)^2, R= 1/(1/2Q)

step 1: estimated

Q = 2. R,= (1//4) such that try

(2 + 1/4)^2 = 6 + *(1/4)^2; error1 = 1/16
"

I believe it should be 5 + 1/4^2
