I was using the suggestion in Technical notes 1502
(dblquad.m and innerlp.m) to perform a double integration.
The method works in Matlab 4.2
But in Matlab 5.0, I got the following error message:

??? Undefined function or variable 'QUAD_RECURSION_COUNT'.

Error in ==> /software/matlab50/toolbox/matlab/funfun/quad.m
On line 79 ==> if ~isempty(QUAD_RECURSION_COUNT) & (QUAD_RECURSION_COUNT > 1)

Errorr in ==> dblquad.m
On line 14 ==> Q = quad('innerlp', outmin, outmax, tol, trace, intfcn, ...

Any ways to get around this problem please ?
Thanks....

Yours,
