Running binaries in parallel with simulated annealing

I am trying to modify the inputs to a binary file I'm running within Matlab to optimize my output. Each iteration takes about 20 s. After generating the code from the SA toolbox, I have the ability to run 10 binaries in parallel, each with its own simulated annealing function. After a fixed number of iterations, I then choose one x vector out of the 10 that had the best output value. This would then be used as the new starting point for all 10 binaries.

I would like to run this routine within a single simulated annealing function. Any suggestions on how to do that?
