Very tough Integrated Algebra Exam. One of the toughest one I have seen

Where is relative error?? At least there should be graphing a linear
function?? Solving a System of Equations?? Consecutive Integers??? Did you see
a percent?? Can some one explain the application in probability that would
involve a calculation similar to #6 in Part I, or we are just testing
calculator skills?????????? REALLY......
