If you do solve(LR, 'IgnoreAnalyticConstraints', true) > then you get a finite and thus necessarily incomplete solution.
If I use the M in both the cases I get "Warning: Explicit solution could not be found", but if I use the case L then I get solutions (sixteen). The big question is why to work to L and not to work to M. :((
