To add to this, one of the things that suggests a problem is:

When I increase the time-series time, I see a reduction in the amplitude of the time-series data, which seems incorrect.

I would expect that changing the total time of my time-series data should have no effect on time-series amplitude, although changing Fs should. Is that correct?

Any thoughts on what's causing this?
