Can someone help im trying to create a simple scatter3 (x,y,z) plot but I keep getting this error:

??? Error using ==> scatter3 at 63
X, Y and Z must be vectors of the same length.

My x,y,z were imported from excel but they all have 30 columns and 185 rows of data so they are the same length. I do have some NaN's in there but I tried changing them to 0's and then 1's but still getting the same error. So it wasn't that.

Im relatively new to Matlab so im not sure what im doing wrong. I did the same thing with plot3 (x,y,z) and it worked fine but I want scatter i.e. points rather than lines.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be very useful.

Cheers,
