I want to change my contour labels from black to white and make them bold. I am not able to use properties like FontSize or FontColor in clabelm. When I tried clabel, all that appeared were the black contour labels and white background.

The code is below. What can I do to accomplish the stated goal?

o3_avgk_double_prime = ncread('/discover/nobackup/jwsmit12/MATLAB_FILES/AVERAGING_KERNELS/', 'AVGKERN');

o3_avgk_prime = fliplr(o3_avgk_double_prime);

o3_avgk = rot90(o3_avgk_prime);

lon_contraints = linspace(-35, 35, 71);

lat_contraints = linspace(-20, 20, 41);

latlim = [-20 20];

lonlim = [-35 35];

hold on

h = displaym(POline);

set(h, 'LineWidth', 2.0, 'Color', 'k');

hold on

C = contourfm(lat_contraints, lon_contraints, squeeze(double(o3_avgk(:,:))),'Fill','on');

hold on

map_line = plotm(lat,long,'k');

caxis([22 40]);
