Does anyone know where I can find the crosswalk document between Integrated Algebra (2005) vs Algebra 1 (CCLS)?

I am looking for something like this...

Algebra 1 Lesson 1 = Ingerated Algebra (A.G. ?)

Something like that. I need to include Integrated Algebra material in Common Core class for the State Exam.

Thank you!
