Why would busing the students to another site compromise the security? We are planning to do this. We have given the AP exams off site for years. What is the issue with security?

Speaking of the Common Core Regents exam, I would love to know what plans districts have to administer the exam on June 3. It seems like a logistical nightmare for us.
Where do the kids take the exam since classrooms are in use as are the desks for regular instruction? We thought of possible busing the students to a local community college but that compromises the security of the exam so that's out.
In addition, who is going to grade the exams? During the school day, teachers are going to be busy reviewing with their students for final exams and Regents.
Honestly, we are at a loss as to how to do this. We should not have to close school that day just to give the Regents (which isn't really an option due to the loss of State Aid).
Suggestions??????
