How do I make the following loop work faster using parallel toolbox?
Currently, it complains that Iqt is indexed and not sliced in the inner for loop.
Would this be better on a GPU?
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
tic;
Iqt=rand(100000,1024);
n2tframes=64;
parfor k = 1 : n2tframes

for l = 1 : n2tframes
if ( l < k )
C(k,l)=mean(Iqt(:,k).*Iqt(:,l)) ; % Mark's version
end
end

end
toc;
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Thanks.

Suresh
