How to use Database Toolbox?

If I open the Database Toolbox and click Visual Query Builder, a screen pops up and I can select either Excel or MS access. As soon as I click either one, another scree pops up, and it?s asking me for a username and password. I don?t have any usernames or passwords on any of my Excel files or Access files. How do I disable this functionality? Or, how can I set this up so Matlab knows it?s me (maybe you control this on the Matlab side rather than on the MS Office side).

I saw something that said ?Define ODBC data source?, but when I click on that, there is no apparent way to setup a username and password.
