I used to generate alpha-stable noise using MATLAB function stblrnd which is very simple:

% Generates a single S(alpha,beta,gamma,delta) random variable.
X = stblrnd(alpha,beta,gamma,delta)

but this time I have an error
Undefined function 'stblrnd' for input arguments of type 'double'

P.S. I have not added or removed any toolbox, since the last time I used the command successfully.
