"If people like Dan Meyer don't have influence, why are you so incensed about him?"

Having a negative opinion of him and his scam is incensed? He is a good case study, but there are a hundred Dan's out there. I would have never known this one if Richard hadn't posted a link. How many 3 act lessons have you done? Zero. The same as Richard. And the same goes for Boaler, and Devlin. These are not math teachers. Who would rejoice if their son or daughter came home with the news that they got Dy/Scam for a teacher? All that means is that their kid has fallen off of the math trail and the school has given up on them.

"Even if there are people doing nothing with Desmos but using it as a sort of Etch-a-Sketch, that doesn't do away with what most math teachers who use it are doing."

And I said that where? I use Desmos. I think you are confusing me with Richard. Richard is the cat picture aficionado, not me. Although I recently came across some Mathematica art I liked...

"Evidence of his work and influence are everywhere."

Hey, get back with us, we were talking about SYNERGETICS, not Fuller.
