To those of you have not seen it, may I recommend the relatively new
book, The Penguin Dictionary of Curious and Interesting Geometry by
David Wells. Penguin Books, l991. There are a lot of nice things in this
book. The bibliography is weak but there is a nice list of mathematicians
and their dates also. The book covers a remarkable range of geometric
phenomenon. Anyone have any other interesting items they have come
upon recently?
