equilateral triangle prob

given 3 arbitrary parallel lines, how can i construct an
equilateral triangle with euclidean tools?
...with one vertex on each line.

I remember this problem from an entrance exam for Dr. Ross's summer
math camp at Ohio State. Is it still on that exam? If so, I think it
would be appropriate to give hints but not a full solution to this
problem.
