There's a copy here at Princeton; here's the library's catalog entry:

Lektsii ob integralakh Fur´e: s dobavleniem avtora o monotonnykh funktsiiakh,
integralakh Stil´tesa i garmonicheskom analize / S. Bokhner; perevod s
angliiskogo V. M. Borok; pod red. IA. I. Zhitomirskogo; s predisloviem G. E.
Shilova. (Moskva : Gos. izd-vo fiziko-matem. lit-ry, 1962).

Apparently, what was translated was not the German original of 1932, but an
expanded English translation of 1959: Lectures on Fourier integrals; with an
author's supplement on monotonic functions, Stieltjes integrals, and harmonic
analysis (Princeton: Princeton University Press, 1959).
