A basic question to consider is whether technology is there to enhance the
math or enhance the teaching of math. (I think both) For example,
Mathematica is a powerful problem solving tool while I've found the Math
Exploration Toolkit is a better discovery/teaching tool, especially in more
basic classes.

Just some food for thought.
