I agree...however...these migrant workers didn't do 5-7 years of college! Picking fruit (while very necessary) cannot compare in many ways to the profession of teaching in my opinion. While I agree that there may be SOME inadequate teachers in this world, that does not necessarily mean teachers should start at $557 a week after all the training necessary to get into this profession.
