In main frame computers for S/370 family has quad precision
and FORTRAN for that system supports the elementary functions
at that precision also.
For the PC, a product from Japan called UBASIC has very fast
multiple precision support with a variation of BASIC program.
It is very good and very fast. You can download this product
which runs under DOS and it is free - not shareware.
Look for UBASIC in a search engine.
