Getting copies of your students' submissions

Just a reminder that you can get copies of your students' submissions and all of our mentor replies if your students include your email address in the Cc line on their submission form.
Recently we've received several requests from students to have us send their submissions to their teachers, or to change the address for their teacher. This is something that the students can do themselves.
Suppose that the student submits and they forget to include your address in the Cc line, or they type it incorrectly. They will receive an automatic email with the URL for their revision page. If they go to that web page, they can revise the Cc address and submit. This will automatically send a copy of the submission to the address.
The Cc addresses are recorded with the student information, once they enter the address it will be filled in for them week after week. Students have the option to change that address on any revision or new submission.
Multiple email addresses can be entered, on any of the email lines. Separate the addresses using commas.
I hope that this helps Judy
