What did students learn? This manipulative introduce students to the idea of visual representation of data by means of a bar chart.The drop down menus can create as many as 12 columns, each with as many as 20 cells. |
What did students do with the resource? We began by creating a bar chart illustrating ou favorite fruits and using the columns that had a corresponding color. We moved on to count colors of M&M candies, but the colors in each column are fixed, so I had to provide some guidance for the columns color labels. |
How hard was it for students to use? Easy |
