y-5= -10/11(x-(-7)).
            (x+7)
y-5= -10/11x - 70/11

y= -10/11x - 70/11 + 5/1

????????????????????????

Im stuck here, Plz help!I need to sovle this in standard from as
Ax-By-C=0
Answer that my professor gave me was 8x-11y-23=0
Plz explain how he got this answer.
