Subject:   Ratings vs. reviews

Notice that you can search for tool, then rank by “star ratings” (simply click
on the “Rating” column header).  Most of the ratings show stars only, and many
of those don’t even include comments.  How useful is that?  Is the information
available in full reviews (as opposed to “star-only” ratings) helpful?
