Subject:   Resources for AP Calculus
Author: Craig Russell
Date: Sep 8 2003
I'm sure you have lots of materials besides the textbook, but I would strongly
recommend some additional resources:
  A Watched Cup Never Cools
  by Ellen Kamischke
  published by Key Curriculum Press

  Calculus Explorations
  by Paul A. Foerster
  published by Key Curriculum Press

Learning by Discovery: A Lab Manual for Calculus
  edited by Anita Solow
published by MAA ("MAA Notes Number 2y")

  Contemporary Calculus through Applications
by North Carolina School for Math and Science faculty
  published by Everyday Learning

I have used each of these sources for in-class and out-of-class activities
and projects; they are all technology-friendly.
