Have you read about Constant Time Delay? Math FACTS Memorized with a plan. It's
a math flash card teaching style that takes your basic rote learning up a level/
more evaluation/ testing/ less student to teacher ratio. More individualized 1
on 1 student to teacher lessons remarkably idealized to take only 5 mins. a day
assured results to follow if plan can be implemented etc.  Can be found on
internet " Constant time delay"
Utilized widely by international College Professors aiming to do something @
nothing that will make a differance while they take a sabatical & write their
research. Understanding--Quanity  Number sence is real.
