There has been a very interesting discussion on the AP Calculus forum about the
definition of continuity.  The discussion began with the perennial question “is
a curve consisting of a single point continuous at that point?”  The
delta-epsilon definition of continuity might be better at handling this issue
than the limit definition.  Numerous respected calculus teachers have offered
