Subject:   factors with variables

I think the applet would be even more useful if it included variables. Students
can usually pick up very quickly finding the factors for two or three numbers.
Students often have difficulty finding the gcf when adding or subtracting
rational expressions.  Just adding a few variables to each number for
example:
12xy^2 and 32x^2y
