MATH TOOLS NEWSLETTER - JANUARY 3, 2004 - No. 10
Our New Year's Resolution is to make it easier to use Math
Tools. We will
Cut down on irrelevant postings:
* only allow posts from registered users
* let you subscribe to a specific discussion attached to
an individual tool, lesson plan, story, or other Math
Tools resource; and list all discussions in a more
browse-friendly way
Make it easier for you to find and work with Math Tools:
* improve our search engine
* include more information than just the tool name on
appropriate search and browse pages
We are also actively seeking folks to facilitate discussions,
write reviews of tools, help us catalog suggested resources,
and describe tools that are being successfully used in classrooms.
* If you'd like to help, please write Suzanne at
suzanne@mathforum.org
We hope these improvements will contribute to a happy and more
productive new year for you! Your further suggestions are most
welcome. Please send suggestions to mtoolscomments@mathforum.org
