HI there. I am having problems with a graphing calculator that i got.
IT is a texas instrument TI-83 Plus and it will not work properly.
When you turn it on it says "waiting... please install calculator
softwar properly." It has been looked at by many people and will not
work properly. Then it says "error press any button to turn calculator
off and then press on button to turn it back on again."
IF you could please give some suggestions on how to fix it that would
be great!
