God created math he then gave the insight to mankind to use. First the Egyptians and then other cultures - who by the way studied under the Egyptians. However, because the said Mathematicans of today saw to pen/transcribe the math to paper they are credited with discovery math. I am reminded of a saying, "You can't dis-cover something that has not been lost".
