Subject: Learning to tell time

I am a mother of a six-year-old who is working on telling the time, and no 
matter how much I try to help him, he gets confused. He does not understand 
that after 12 o'clock on the morning it turns into a different day. He will 
not grasp this concept. Can you please help me?
