Subject: Freezes on math tests

My son, who is 15, freezes when he has a math test. We have a tutor for him, 
and she tells us that he knows the math. He says his mind goes blank.
Please help us solve this problem. The teachers are on strike at his school, 
and his tutor has no ideas.
