A Fair Race

Alice, Bob, Charlie, and Diane often race over 100 meters. Alice must give Bob a 5-meter head start in order that the A/B race be fair; and also Bob must give Charlie a 5-meter start for a fair B/C race, and Charlie gives Diane a 5-meter head start for a fair C/D race.

How much of a head start should Alice give Diane for a fair race between the two of them?
